boleh diperbetulkan semule..
wat 20 kali..
after that..
lepas kepale turun ke bahu..
buat slow2..
kang urat leh putos..!!
bwat 20 kali gak..
next..
kite lajukan sikit pegerakkan..
pegi ke medium speed..
longgakan sume sendi2..
kalo x..
tangan korang leh cramp.!!
ni pun..
20 kali..
after medium speed..
kite pegi kpd high speed..!!
yg ni kene wat betol2..
xley maen2..
kang kepale tecabut..
[cautions: pastikan xde orang kat sebelah]
